Returns & Exchanges

We take pride in delivering products of exceptional quality and want your experience with us to reflect that standard.

Return Policy

  • Defective items may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of delivery.
  • To facilitate a smooth and timely resolution, we require clear unboxing documentation (photos or video), including:
    • The exterior of the package with the shipping label visible
    • The interior of the package upon opening
    • The product, with any damage or defect clearly shown
  • Please note that claims submitted without adequate proof will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
  • To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
    • Unopened and unused
    • In original packaging
    • Free from any price tags, stickers 
    • Not marked as "Final Sale"

Kindly note that certain exclusions may apply.

Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns on used products unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened and used sugaring paste, pre- and post-care products

  • Sale items marked “Final Sale”

  • Digital/downloadable products

How to Request a Return

Email us at info@silkysmoothsugaring.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos if the item was damaged or incorrect

If your return is approved, we'll send return instructions.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Refunds & Restocking

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Refunds are issued minus a 10% restocking fee and original shipping charges 

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at info@silkysmoothsugaring.com.
