Return Policy
- Defective items may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of delivery.
- To facilitate a smooth and timely resolution, we require clear unboxing documentation (photos or video), including:
- The exterior of the package with the shipping label visible
- The interior of the package upon opening
- The product, with any damage or defect clearly shown
- Please note that claims submitted without adequate proof will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
- To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unopened and unused
- In original packaging
- Free from any price tags, stickers
- Not marked as "Final Sale"
Kindly note that certain exclusions may apply.
Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns on used products unless they arrived damaged or defective.

If your return is approved, we'll send return instructions.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Refunds & Restocking
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Refunds are issued minus a 10% restocking fee and original shipping charges
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at info@silkysmoothsugaring.com.
