• Defective items may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of delivery.
  
• To facilitate a smooth and timely resolution, we require clear unboxing documentation (photos or video), including:
  
  1. The exterior of the package with the shipping label visible
  2. The interior of the package upon opening.
  3. The product, with any damage or defect clearly shown
  
• Please note that claims submitted without adequate proof will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
  
• All return, replacement, and refund requests are subject to review and approval. Approved refunds will be issued less a 10% restocking fee and applicable shipping charges.
  

• To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
  
  1. Unopened and unused
  2. In original packaging
  3. Free from any price tags or stickers
