- Defective items may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of delivery.
- To facilitate a smooth and timely resolution, we require clear unboxing documentation (photos or video), including:
1. The exterior of the package with the shipping label visible
2. The interior of the package upon opening.
3. The product, with any damage or defect clearly shown - Please note that claims submitted without adequate proof will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
- All return, replacement, and refund requests are subject to review and approval. Approved refunds will be issued less a 10% restocking fee and applicable shipping charges.
